Posto neke nase kolege na forumu tvrde da postoji samo Charles Poliquin, da se malo podsjetimo sta je pisao The real Trainer of Champions...

A uz to i par slika C.G. iz takmicarskih dana i mnooogo godina kasnije kao personalni trener cij sat staje 150-200$!!!

Charles IS MASTER MOTIVATOR – and many bodybuilders need that.
As Mantronik indicates Charles is also known for his unortodox exercises…
He does find some new ways of performing the same exercise either by changing grip, stand, angle…whatever it takes.
He would find ways to improve lacking body parts on his athletes…and that alone makes him great.

Also he pushes them to reach new levels of intensity – drop sets and all…

Besides, we all respect Charles as he would in a heart beat jump and out perform us –if we really complain – he walks the walk but also can talk the talk!
He’s da man!

Treniram ovako vec dve nedelje i po treningu bih rekao da je varijanta pun pogodak! Imam dosta snage za trening ruku, ramena posle grudi razvalim, a i imam zasebne dane za dve najyece misicne partije.. Imam dve nedoumice: Prva: Da li da trapeze radim sa ledjima? i druga: da li da drugi put trbusnjake radim sa ramenima i grudima ili sa ledjima?
