Yes - Ronnie is extremely strong.
He was a powelifter before he started bodybuilding...
I wrote about our back training session together...and our leg training sessions (with pics) are on my site...

Niko ne bezi sa parkiralista jer je Roni jako prijatna osoba i svakom se brzo dopadne.
Ali kad dodje do treninga - onda je "samo biznis"...
Trening za ledja (koji pominjes) poceo je sa T-bar rows (sipka sa jedne strane ubodena u zid - a druga strana slobodna za opterecenje).
Prva serija - 6 ploca (20 kg svaka), 15 ponavljanja, druga serija 9 ploca - 15 ponavljanja, treca i cetvrta serija - 12 ploca - 10 (ili 15?) ponavljanja...
Sledeca vezba - "bent over rows" 5 ploca sa svake strane - 3 serije (10, 12 i 15 ponavljanja), zatim dumbbell rows - 200 lbs (90 kg) - 3 serije po 15 ponavljanja i na kraju dead lift (mrtvo dizanje)...
To mu je jedan primer treninga za ledja...
