There's is a lot of talk going on regarding Ramy not being able to get the quality and separation since he's been only training for a few years now. It's true that young muscle shows different from older quality muscle but we worked hard on it and changed a few things up to speed up the progress that I would like to share with you guys.
Picture on the left was in May 2013 New York pro, on stage full and ready.
Picture on the right is September 2013 6 days out from the Mr Olympia totally depleted and flat. Can you see what the team is cooking?
We won't stop improving and I promise you guys it will only get better from here.
