Jel' moguce da neko ko je trenutno ektomorf da na primer za recimo 10-ak godina postane endmorf ili na primer iz endo u mezo ili tako nesto...?
Jel' su moguci takvi prelasci posle nekoliko godina ili si jednostavno takav od kako se rodis?

pa stopa metabolizma moze da se promeni, i menja se, tj. usporava se godinama.
tri telesna tima nisu samo pdeklarisana po brzini metabolizma vec i telesnom/skeletnom gradjom....takodje i hormoni imaju uticaj i sl.
Metabolizam se menja ishranom tj. dijetom.
Ti kao ektomorf bi trebao da radis na usporavanju metabolizma....sto znaci da bi jeo 4 obroka dnevno, koja su obilna, znaci bukvalno se natrpas hranom, dok obavezno ide jedan obrok pred spavanje.
Za razliku od tebe, endomorfi ubrzavaju metabolizma ucescaloscu obroka, tj. jedenjem 6+ obroka dnevno.
Tvoj skelet se nece promeniti i nikad nece biti mezomorfan ako si na to mislio. Metabolizam se menja........
Neka neko potvrdi ovo, kao npr pedjos.

OK hvala, samo imam jedno pitanje. Jos u nekom starom broju X Fitnessa sam odavno procitao da bas ektomorfi trebaju da imaju po 5-6 manjih obroka dnevno, a endomorfi po 4-5 vecih. Vi mi sad potvrdiste suprotno :? (a koja ekipa pise za X Fitness... to me buni sad). Siguran sam da sam to procitao u nekom broju. Kada budem nasao, javicu koji je broj i na kojoj je strani ako neko hoce.

jel ti mislis ako ti neko potvrdi da se ektomorf ili mezo..da si resio sve svoje probleme sa tim sto ce to omdah i iskljucivo da znaci ako se jedan tip da moras jesti 7 manjih ili 4 veca i to je kraj baldae??...
covece..experimetisi.ostavi se toga...ovo bi trebalo samo da ti bude smernica..

napr od musharca ektomorfa pizdarija je napravit zenu mezomorfa uz malo truda i dobre volje, u kratkom vremenskom periodu.

meni to nikad nije jasno s tom gradjom ja mislim da sam ja te sve gradje prosao u zivotu
kad sam bio klinac bio sam ektomorf
kad sam u offseason onda sam endomorf
kad se izdefiniram ondas sam mezomorf

s' obzirom da ovako definises sebe , to znaci da uopste ne znas podelu na telesne tipove i sta ih cini.

dam se kladiti da mi se tijekom godina skeletna konstrukcija promijenila to je definitivno mozda zbog veceg lucenja hormona rasta iako ga ja nisam uzimao
malo gledam te slike tipova gradje i dalje mi nije jasno koje sam ja gradje
nezelim nikoga uvrijediti
ali ako pogledas one ljude iz konc-logora njemackih mozes li ti prepoznati koji je bio kakve gradje meni oni svi izgledaju isto i po skeletnoj gradji
ili ako pogledam dva debela tipa ali ono 100% masna ako su razlicite konstrukcije kako da ja to prepoznam

pazi, ti gledas ekstreme, ekstremi u logorima su neishranjeni i jedna prezivljavaju, kako mozes njih da pominjes kao komparaciju ?
lepo kaze big, svi su mesani, ja sam mezo-endo....vrlo siroka ramena, jake kosti, veliki grudni kos, velika misicna masa cak i bez teretane, mada se na drugu stranu lako gojim, i zadrzavam vodu sto je vise mana endomorfa.
Mesan si sigurno, postuj sliku pa cu da ti kazem bez problema, uostalom, evo opisa ako znas engleski !

a vjerujte mi mene spasava to sto imam dobru genetiku ima nesto nedostataka ali da se to sve popraviti
