e cao ljudi! krecem sa malo zescom dijetom pa me zanima sta mi je pametnije da pijem od ovih suplemenata? uz ovo cu piti i animal cut. ishrana mi je ok. imam 88 kg, 179cm

to već zavisi od hrane koja se unosi... zelena salata, spanać, blitva... obojiće zelenom, definitivno :)
inače ozbiljno, dosta ljudi uzima taj proizvod i njemu slične, i stvarno se ne secam da je nešto bilo prijava da su izbacivane cele tablete.. no moguće, narocito ako je recimo kod nekog slabija probava. A da su tvrde tablete, jesu fakat...
