Pozdrav svima na forumu, resih da se registrujem i ovde posle dosta citanja ovog foruma.
Hm, da pocnem, imam 22 godine, visok oko 180 tezak trenutno 92kg. Staz u teretani je oko 2 godine.

100-200gr sira.

1. Noge
2. Biceps+triceps
3. Pauza
4. Grudi+prednje rame
5. Ledja+zadnje rame
6. Pauza
7. Pauza.
