U ovom bad-ass programu se radi biceps 2x nedeljno, a ovde svi pricaju kako ruke treba da se rade jednom nedeljno, pa mi sada nije jasno...

A tebi se ovo svidelo, i ti bi sad da radis ruke 2x?

Tim koji pobedjuje se ne menja. Dokle god napredujes sa jednim treningom ruku nedeljno, ne vidim svrhu da ubacujes jos jedan..

Vidis druze u tome je i problem, jer moj tim "biceps" ne pobedjuje, ne znam dal je do genetike koja mi vuce dosta na latove koliko god da se ugojim, ali biceps mi jednostavno kasni sa ostatkom tela, fali mi sirina, mozda da radim vise vezbi za brachialis?

da te ne bi previse nabedjivali
ti odradi trening za biceps dva x ned kroz xxx ned pa onda javi rezulatete
nema druge..
