Prosto je neverovatno koliko je brus lee imao utiacja na kasniji razvoj svih vrsta sporta koji su vezani sa bilo da je u pitanju body building ili da su u pitanu borilacke vestine
Neverovatno je i to da i cak tri decenije posle njegove smrti ljudi i dalje pricaju i pominju telo brus lee_a i njegovu filozofiju treninga,
Mnogi se i dalje drye njegove filozofije

Ali uopsteno gledajuci nikome nije jasno ili u stvari mozda i je kada se malo bolje razmisli zasto o tom coveku u superatlivu govore i dorian yates i lee haney i lee labrada,milos sarcev pa onda lenda muray, itd itd itd
Mnogi se pitaju kako je to moguce da neko kao ovi gore navedeni prate neke segmente filozofije treninga i razmisljnja od BRUCE a gledajuci na to da je bio visok jedva 170cm i tezak i kada je bilo javece varniranje izmedju 126 do 145 funti ;:_?????

Lee je razvio sistem treninga koji i sada nakon 28 godina njegova definicja je na zavidnom nivou gledajuci razno razna takicenja i sa osvrtom na razvoj kako pristupa ihsrani tako i sulementacii i farmakologiji..lee tada sve ovo nije znao.nije bilo ni moguce

Gledao sam nekoliko dokumentaraca(neke jos imam na kasetama)...i svaki put ostanem u cudu kad gledam takvu posvecenost necemu...Ta vestina koju je imao,trening.......Scena, kad iz cistog mirovanja,samo kratkim pokretom zgloba sake baca coveka 3 metra od sebe mi je kad god gledam neverovatna(pokret koji je stalno izvodio na seminarima i prezentacijama)...
..A imao je samo 33 god kad je otisao....

Ja treniram wing chun,zeleo bih da se izdefinisem kao brus lee ,zna se da sto manje se ima masti to je brzina veca to je vazno u ovom sportu jel ima neko mozda njegov program treninga...

Bruce nije bio karatista. On je bio majstor kung fu-a.
Ja imam nekoliko njegovih filmova, i 2 dokumentarca u divx formatu. I svaki put ih gledam sa divljenjem.
Uvek me je impresioniralo kada rutinski radi sklekove na palcu i kaziprstu jednom rukom.
Zanimljivo je da je kao klinac bio veoma slab i bolesljiv,ali je kasnije upornim treningom i pravilnom ishranom
izgradio perfektno telo.

Kung fu majstor gde si to cuo on jeste trenirao kung fu ali bio je majstor svog stila Jeet Kune Doa.

On je bio majstor kung fua ali ga je izvajao u njegov stil, a Jeet Kune Do je proizisao iz njegovog umeca i genijalnosti...

josh jedna interesanta stvar je da se Jeet Kune Do-u noge nikada ne dizu iznad stomaka protivnika..tj nema suteva u glavu zbog nestabilnosti u slucaju promasaja..ali naravno da je u filmovima (zbog atraktivnosti) 90% udaraca bilo "noga u glavu"..

Opste je poznato da su kod Bruce-a ucili tada poznate licnosti (jedna od njih je kosarkas Karim Abdul Jabar) koje je voleo da stavlja u svoje filmove(poput gore pomenutog).

Od najpoznatijih koji su bili u njegovom drustvu tj koji su mu bili najbolji prijatelji,su Steve McQueen I Kareem Abdul-Jabbar....Njih dvojica su ujedno i nosili kovceg sa telom umrlog Brucea....Od poznatih koji su se druzili sa njim,i ujedno i trenirali, su James Coburn,Joe Lewis(cuveni bokser),Roman Polanski,Lee Marvin,Chuck Norris.... Kareem i Norris bili su kao glumci u "Game of Death" odnosno "Return of the Dragon"....

Bruce Lee's Speed Training

What is speed in fighting? Is it the velocity of your hands, feet and body movement? Or are there
other, prevalent essentials in a good fighter? What is a good fighter?
A good fighter is one who can hit his opponent quicker, harder, without much perceptible effort, and
yet avoid being hit. He doesn't only possess a pair of fast hands and feet and quick body
movement, but he has other qualities such as non-telegraphic moves, good coordination, perfect
balance and keen awareness. Although some people are endowed with a few of these qualities,
most of these attributes are developed through hard training.
All the strength or power you have developed from your training is wasted if you are slow and can't
make contact. Power and speed go hand-in-hand. A fighter needs both to be successful.
One immediate way to increase your speed at impact is to "snap" or "whip" your hand just before
contact. It is the same principle as the overhand throw. For example, if you throw a baseball with a
full swing and snap your wrist at the last moment or the tail end of your swing, the ball will have
more velocity than without the snap. Naturally, the longer swing with a snap will have more
acceleration at the end than a shorter swing with a snap
