Posto sam u nemogucnisti da terniram cijele sedmice , moze li ko da mi predlozi trening za Pon , Uto , Sri i Cet ?

mislim da je markoni na nekoliko mjesta postavio neke osnovne treninge, pa malo prosvrljaj po forumu...
