Bice i ins,a ovo sto je na avataru,gore je od insa tri put. :)

Ne ne,waxy ne izbacujem,nema sanse,meni su carbsi potrebni kao vazduh za vreme treninga,a cak i u teretani mi vise odgovara bar 20-30g carbs u sejku za vreme treninga. Evo vec dve nedelje nestasica malto i waxy ¨ocu umrem.Samo moram razmeru da napravim dobru ovih stvarcica.

Izolat ili koncentrat naravno uvek ide,ali vise volim da krkam 'ranu.

pa dobro ali zasto ne uzmes waxy posebno?ne vidim poentu da MORAS d aga stavis u taj mix,kad je lakse uzeti posebno

ja pijem 40grama vitarga tokom treninga tako da ne vidim problem posebno UH da dodajes

a bolje uzmi onda hidrolizat za vreme treninga kad vec ima,jer izolat i koncentrat su jos uvek "ceo" protein pa je ipak neko varenje potrebno,dok amino i di-tri peptidi koje imas u hidro odma idu dalje i ne ometaju te

Meni je muka od praskova u 8 razlicitih kanti,pa  jos kad su polu prazne treba ove moje rucerde gurnuti unutra.izgubim pola sata dnevno samo spremajuci sejk,jos svi sastojci razlicitih ukusa,bljak. Zato hocu sve u jedan sejk da strpam.
Nismo se razumeli,ja trenutno ne gledam da li cu napredovati u masi,jer moj trening je kosarkaski sa akcentom na "kondicioni".Tegovi su 2.3 puta nedeljno.Prvenstveno mi je cilj da sprecim katabolizam u narednom periodu jer inace kilazu veoma lako gubim.

Pre dva meseca je bio zadnji shot.

Samo hocu da napravim amino mix za trening koji ce biti u jednoj kanti,lepo sipam i aj zdravo,a ne da merkam svaki put.I sad evo sam ispraznio skoro sve kutijice,creatin,glm,bcaa,carbs...i mnogo mi islo na k. da pred trening pravim cirkus od praskova u kuhinji,pogotovo jer sam uvek u zurbi.

Pa sta sad,hidrolizat ili amino? Ili mozda hidrolizat+bcaa 50-50

ja bi iso hidrolizat ali ako je "pravi" a ne one finte 2%hidrolize, ili jos bolje mix esencijalnih aa sa dodatkom bcaa kao sto je u x3m preload

onda ako imas para najbolje uzmi pepto-pro to je 100% hidro al je skup ko majka :D  onaj high-grade ti je 50% hidro cini mi se...


al opet tako sve kad smiksas predodredjeni su ti odnosi sastojaka...zato je po meni bolje imati sve pojedinacno,al tvoj izbor

Leucine Enriched Essential Amino Acid Drink after Exercise Increases Muscle Growth Genes

If you are looking to pack on some muscle size, you may want to consider adding an essential amino acid drink enriched with leucine after exercise.  Researchers examined the anabolic effects of a leucine enriched essential amino acid drink in young and old men after a bout a resistance exercise.  Researchers took muscle biopsies to examine the expression anabolic and catabolic proteins.  They found that even though the older and younger men performed the same workout (70% of a 1-RM, 8 sets of 10 repetitions), young and older men had different genes being turned on after exercise.  They found:

 

   1. A protein called REDD2 (catabolic) which is a negative regulator of mTOR (a key anabolic pathway) was reduced in both younger and older men when they drank the leucine enriched essential acid drink.  This means leucine turns off catabolic genes.  Good news for everyone!
   2. A protein called Rheb (anabolic) which a positive regulator of mTOR was only increased in the young men who consumed the leucine enriched essential acid drink.  This means younger men have greater anabolic genes being turned on after exercise compared to older men.
   3. They also found increased in muscle IGF-1 levels increased only in the young, while the older men had no changes and also blunted satellite cell activity.  Older men have a blunted muscle hypertrophy response to exercise; a decrease in IGF-1 seems to be a key cause.

 

The results of the study suggest that an essential amino acid drink enriched with leucine which was designed to maximally stimulate protein synthesis can benefit both older and younger men after resistance exercise, but older men lose key anabolic signaling pathways compared to younger men.
