Prvi put sam u ketozi, bem ti druga dimenzija kad promenis gorivo.
Mnogo mi se dopada. Rock hard i nisam gladan za razliku od low carba iako i dalje u deficitu.

Opaaa, a ne prijaHvljujes keto... sad će Deki da ga reze ;) nego kako, kad mast udari u glavu gladi nema :)

Mora dobar priming da se uradi pre pakovanja. Gear stigao, sad ce i pct, nema nazad😂😂😂.

Evo ja danas malo spremao,svinjski file 400g i rizoto ( integralni pirinac 150g,sargarepa 50g,grasak 50g,krompira 50g i maslinovo ulje).Ispala 2 solidna obroka.

In THE face moji dribleri.Op!

Poslasticu spremila Sara Zeljković Fitness instruktor, a kako diet tortu spicite, videti cemo mo sada, bas iz ove price :D

Torta (kora):
Ovsene palačinke
Po 100-200g u 3 činije, dodati u svaku po 1 jaje, malo hladne vode i 2 merice proteina. Koristila sam Amino whey u sledećim ukusima: Jaffa, čokolada i cream cookie.

Ispekla sam i ostavila da se ohladi.

Fil:
Grčki jogurt 1 kašika, merica proteina cookie u jednu čašu, a jagoda u drugu, kašika maskarpone sira (malo vruće vode) i mešati. Tako imate i dva različina fila(ne morate cele merice proteina, ja sam sve odokativno i na ukus). Red palačinki, fil, palačinke, fil... Gore istopljena crna čokolada, crveno voće po želji i has!😊
