One more question about insulin. Tomorrow i'll stop my cycle. What do you think, is this a good idea to use insulin during drug-free period?
And what should i do or take to maintain my muscles during this phase?

yes it"s good option to use insulin durin off cycle period,but not a long period..maybe 3-4 weeks and then off

...no...only ins...you have plenty of time for gh when you are going on regular cycle of gh+ins+aas for 12-14-or 16 weeks...yyyuuuhhuuuuuuu

 I amplanning to stay strict on diet. And i'll do 4-5 times a week 20 min. cardio.

..if you consume carbs only to cover you isnulin needs then no way that you are gona be fat...if you starting eat to much calories-fucked then...evertyhing is posible...

but dont wory......there are a lot of metod to fix that :wink:  :wink:  :wink:

I'll start my new cycle in March. Gotta be ready in late may. Contests are in june, but i've never before was hard enough on a contest day, seems that i allways a little unready. This time i want be in 100% shape.
