Pedja/Mr. Big...mozda mozete da prevedete (i pogazete slike) sa nekoliko mojih treninga za noge - iz januara 2006-e godine.

Posto verujem da mnogi nikada nisu probali GIGANTSKE SERIJE - mislim da bi bilo dobro da nekoliko vas pokusa...

Takodje GIGANTSKE serije sam radio za ramena i ledja (slike i program na mom sajtu) i ostale misicne grupe (za te nemam fotografije).

misliš na one treninge sa tvog sajta , one sa slikama , kao na primer trening za noge koji si radio sa Gustavom , je si li na to mislio  :arrow:

Zagrevanje: 3 seta nozne ekstenzije+leg pres(20 + 20 ponavljanja)

4 GIGANTSKA SETA (progresivno povecevanje tezine u svakom narednom setu)

5 razlicitih vezbi u ovom redosledu (10 ponavljanja u svakoj vezbi):

1. Super spori cucnjevi na Smit masini ( skroz dole, 3/4 pokreta gore)
2. Hodajuci iskorak ( duboki , digacki koraci)
3- Nozni potisak
4- Nozna ekstenzija (3 sekunde pauza gore /uz max. koncentraciju)
5- Hodajuci iskorak(ali koliko sam shvatio vratili su se na Smit masinu 20 pon.)

Zatim sledi druga rotacija, tj. krug sa drugim vezbama ali posto je malko kasno nastavljam sutra

Ma sta sutra idemo sad, ovo je lud trening  8)

TRISETOVI/ tri razlicite vezbe u krug/:

1- Sisi cucnjevi na Hek masini (super sporo i super nisko)
2- Cybex Nozni potisak
3- Iskorak na SMit masini
Tri seta po 10 ponovljanja na svakoj vezbi sa progresivno vecom tezinom
